The Head of the South Regatta is one of the largest head races in the Southeast Region. Every year it boasts hundreds of boats from multiple states competing on the beautiful Savannah River. USRowing Master's Southeast Regionals is hosted minutes from downtown Augusta on Lake Olmsted. The racecourse is less than one mile from the famous Augusta Golf Course and is sheltered on all sides to create some of the best racing waters in the Southeast. Due to maintenance and renovations at the Langley Pond racing venue, the Augusta Invitational Regatta has been cancelled. However, we are are excited to announce that the renovations at Langley are almost over! This venue will boast a permanent 6-lane 2k course and finish tower and will allow us to once again host the Augusta Invitational. We expect racing to start on this course in the fall of 2020.
